I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms are large, exceptionally clean, and have the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The staff here are so nice and always ready to help. The location is perfect, right on the beach with a great public viewing balcony. The vibrant cafe and restaurants outside the hotel are lively but quiet after 11 pm, offering a great place to people-watch while enjoying the lovely warm sea. I enjoyed my stay so much that I ended up extending it by 2 nights. It's a place where you don't feel the need to rush, just soak in the atmosphere.

The rooms are large, exceptionally clean, and have the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. I had a comfy double bed with a fan, and despite being right on the beach, the rooms were peaceful and quiet. The only downside was that sometimes the smell from the drains or restaurant exhaust fans would come in through the grubby window.

The service here was excellent. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially when they moved us to another room promptly after our air conditioning wasn't working in the original room. They made sure we were comfortable and even switched our room to a more convenient location within the hotel. The pleasant stay was made even better thanks to the attentive service.

The hotel's location is superb, just around the corner from Parque de los Novios where you can find great restaurants. Being right across from the beach and still within walking distance of downtown and the old city with its array of dining and nightlife options make it a perfect spot. The view from the balcony facing the bay was breathtaking, and the constant lively atmosphere around added to the overall charm.

The dining experience was satisfactory. The breakfast was okay with a simple selection of eggs, toast, fruit, and coffee. While the food was basic, it could improve by offering more variety and ensuring the replenishment of items for latecomers. However, the overall dining experience met the basic needs.

The hotel's facilities were decent. There was a pool and home-made Majorcan products available, but it lacked some extra amenities that could enhance the overall guest experience. However, the beautiful house design and the convenient location compensated for the slightly limited facilities.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms needed remodeling and were quite cramped with no hanging space, but I did enjoy the pretty nice balcony. Unfortunately, the constant drilling from renovations and loud music made it feel like a tomb. The friendly service and beachfront location were definite highlights.
